The new time sheet opening times will be as follows:-<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday 12<sup>th<\/sup> May the following sheets will open:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2.00pm Thursday\u2019s Timesheet Open<\/p>\n<p>3.00pm Friday\u2019s Timesheet Open<\/p>\n<p>4.00pm Saturday\u2019s Timesheet Open<\/p>\n<p>5.00pm Sunday\u2019s Timesheets Open<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 13<sup>th<\/sup> May the following sheets will open: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2.00pm Timesheet for Monday 18<sup>th<\/sup> and Tuesday 19<sup>th<\/sup> Open<\/p>\n<p>3.00pm Thursday 21<sup>st<\/sup> and Friday 22nd Open <sup>\u00a0 <br \/>\n<\/sup><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday 14<sup>th<\/sup> May the following sheet will open: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2.00pm Wednesday 20<sup>th<\/sup> May<\/p>\n<p>Sorry for any inconvenience and please be patient in these difficult circumstances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Lottery Feature <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Lottery feature randomises the entry process for members so each entrant has an equally lucky or unlucky chance to obtain a tee time on busy or heavily contested timesheets. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You can access the fixture list up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled opening of a timesheet. You are required to click on &#8216;Join Draw&#8217; to get a ticket in the Lottery and wait for the clock to countdown. The draw closes 5 seconds before the timesheet opens and entrants are randomised like a lottery. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Do not refresh your browser.<\/p>\n<p>The first 5 members in the &#8216;Lottery&#8217; have immediate access to the timesheet to find a tee time. \u00a0The remainder of entrants are ordered by their allocated ticket number. \u00a0So Ticket #1 is the eleventh member to enter the timesheet.<\/p>\n<p>The advantages of Lottery<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eliminates fastest click win<\/li>\n<li>All connected devices have an equal chance regardless of internet type and speed<\/li>\n<li>Completely random\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Members have a better chance of getting the tee time selected with only 10 members accessing the timesheet at any one time ie less rejected selections<\/li>\n<li>Only adds approximately 15 to 20 seconds to the booking experience, if not one of the first 10 to enter the draw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Due to the high level of unprecedented traffic on our website we have been advised by Miclub to stagger the timesheet opening times.
